Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica has 145 rooms and suites designed with native woods and stone finishes. The furniture and decoration are inspired in the natural environment: the ocean, the forest, the sun and the beach. The bathrooms are fresh, marble clad and made under the Four Seasons quality: tubs, independent showers with glass doors and elegant double sinks.

The first ones are the “Cielo” rooms, located in the third and fourth floors and offering partial views of the bay and the ocean. These rooms are ideal for individual guests, couples and families with little children.

Then you can find the “Brisa” rooms, conveniently located in the second floor, and offering some truly exotic views of the native tropical landscape, as well as great partial views of the bay and the ocean.

And last but not least, the “Terraza” rooms in the Four Seasons Costa Rica are located in the first floor and offer the opportunity of listening closer the wildlife sounds as well as appreciate closer the beauty of this tropical paradise. These rooms have views of the gardens and the dry forest. All the rooms are equipped in order to offer the best comfort for guests with reduced mobility.

Sol y Sombra

The restaurant is opened for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This is a latin-inspired Rotisserie and Fish House, which captures the exotic, delicious and rich flavors of South America. You can enjoy some incredible panoramic ocean views by day or the impressive skies during the evening.

If you ask for the menu, then you will find it featuring a “land-to-sea concept”, offering fresh and organic products such as chicken, fish, and seafood prepared under a traditional South American style on a rotisserie. Sol y Sombra also offers a great ceviche bar. Featuring a luxurious backdrop and also lively nightly music, this place is the ideal one to experience the Costa Rican authentic culture mixed with a premier cuisine.

Cena Sociale – Italian Kitchen and Wine Bar

Please, take into consideration that this restaurant only serves dinner. The Cena Sociale – Italian Kitchen and Wine Bar is specialized in Modern Italian cuisine, and all its menu is carefully made using the freshest local and organic ingredients.

Its Chef, Dario Montelvere, was Inspired by the Mediterranean and the Amalfi Coast of Italy when creating the dining options for the menu, and he proudly presents an innovative tapas-style menu full of homemade pastas and greens, all of them produced locally, served along with the most exquisite seafood from Puntarenas; the Costa Rica’s province located in the southern west coast on the Pacific Ocean.

Here, your culinary experience will be boosted when you take a look of the dessert menu. This one was made taking into account the most delicious blend of the most remarkable Italian flavors. They also offer an innovation into its menu by adding new 15 gelato flavors, all of them totally developed by the Costa Rica Four Seasons culinary team.

An exquisite and stylish Wine Bar is also offered as part of Cena Sociale’s Modern Italian ambiance. This is a 13-seat bar with an exclusive wine dispensing kiosk, which allows the guests to savor the unique drinks at their own rhythm.
 
Here, it is possible to find the chef’s finest creations with something different and special served daily. A surprise for your palate! The wide variety of seafood dishes and Italian-inspired food is nutritionally well-balanced in order to make the most of your dining experience here. Caracol
 
The restaurant is open for dinner only. This masterpiece restaurant has a beautiful location amidst the luxury and the characteristic comfort of the Four Seasons Resort in Costa Rica, and its location stands overlooking the acclaimed Arnold Palmer designed golf course.
 
The Caracol restaurant in Costa Rica is considered the resort’s premier American Steakhouse. It does not matter if you will dine indoors in the sophisticated and luxurious setting, or if you will prefer an alfresco dinner on the terrace, we assure you that the extravagant and succulent cusine will totally delight your senses.
 
The place offers to its guests an extensive steak and seafood menu, emphasizing on the finest USDA and local Costa Rican cuts. If you love great meat preparations, then the prime cuts of finest dry aged beef as well as the fresh local seafood served will totally satisfy your expectations.
 
It is also featured an extensive raw bar, and it is possible to enjoy a non-disappointing variety of the most classic side dishes and delicious desserts. Then, Caracol is a casual steakhouse offering as its highlights the prime meat cuts and homestyle organic appetizers with some deliciously hearty desserts. Travelling with kids? No problem at all, a children’s menu is also available.
 
CR Burger Shack
 
This casual restaurant opens only for lunch and is the perfect spot for the guests before or after having some Four Seasons Costa Rica golf, tennis plays or the Trail of Giants experience. It is conveniently located next to the golf clubhouse and tennis courts.
 
The place is a fun Costa Rican version of the classic American burger shack. Here, you can have your meal casually outdoors or take it to go. CR Burger Shack offers some exquisite Costa Rican-style burgers, and there you can find some mahi-mahi burgers, a great variety of sandwich selections, crunchy French fries, watermelon “pinchos” and a great offer of different shakes, all this served in a tranquil outdoor setting. 
 
Concerning the lounge, we mentioned before, here you will find Tico’s Lounge which is open for lunch and dinner. The lounge captures the real essence of our most-known phrase: pura vida! This place features an idyllic setting to relax and enjoy some quality time with family and friends in a sophisticated open-air lounge location.
 
Whether dining outdoors at the lounge while spotting the incredibly breathtaking views of the surroundings, or just ordering a quick snack to go, this lounge serves some great and savory options for your own convenience. During the mornings, Tico’s has a wide menu of healthy and organic cuisine. Then, sandwiches, fresh salads, light pastries, healthy shakes and smoothies are part of what you can expect here.
 
For the mid-afternoon time, you can take some mixology classes, an ideal way to learn how to prepare your own drinks y capturing your senses with the sweet flavors of Costa Rica. Or if you prefer a quieter activity, you can lay on the comfortable sofas and hanging beds talking with your family or friends and planning your next day’s adventures.

Other remarkable facilities that can be found here are the gym and the Spa of Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica at Peninsula Papagayo, which are worldwide recognized. The 202 square meters sized gym has the latest equipment and offers personal trainers who teach fitness classes, yoga and Pilates.
