I intended to get in touch with you much sooner, but I got very involved with family & holiday activities that occur during November & December in the US.
Although more than a month has elapsed since our marvelous Pura Vida experience in Costa Rica, I want to write to express my heartfelt gratitude to you! I sincerely appreciate the hard work and dedication that you (& your colleagues) put into planning and organizing the successful excursions for our group!
You were always attentive and you addressed all my questions and concerns immediately. This was so important to me, as being “left hanging” without a response would have made it very difficult for me to progress with making decisions. I greatly appreciated your timely communication during the long planning process!
The Manuel Antonio National Park tour was extraordinary! We all had such a great time. Our Tucanes tour guide was very knowledgeable, and we were able to see so many small creatures due to his expertise. Our van driver made an impromptu stop when he spotted a large group of monkeys traveling nearby. We were able to enjoy the sight and to take some additional photos. The lunch provided for our group on the van during our return to the hotel was excellent! The sandwiches were delicious. We had plenty of water, which was a particular concern of mine as some of our group were elderly.
Zip lining in the Vista Los Sueños Adventure Park was perfect! The 7 of us had an unforgettable experience. The park is lovely, and our “adventure” was very well organized by the expert zip lining staff. Tucanes van transportation was great.
Thank you, Mau for all the time and effort you expended in ensuring that our events would be successful! You were always ready with information, explanations and suggestions when I needed them. And, you expertly managed our changes and concerns. Thank you for sharing your knowledge with me ~ it was so valuable in helping me make decisions that affected our group.
You are a true professional! It was my great pleasure to work with you!
