International Women Day will be celebrated next March 20th. This is an important date for us because it is a reminder that Travel Excellence is fully committed to promote a productive work environment, supporting gender equality at all levels. Our policies include gender-perspective processes when recruiting or promoting staff, a documented procedure for dealing with sexual or labour harassment, and equal opportunities for both men and women to balance their work obligations with their family life.
Thanks to the implementation of these policies, Travel Excellence was the first company in Costa Rica to obtained the Gender Equality Mark granted by the National Women’s Institute (INAMU), back in 2017.
We are active members of the most important tourist associations, both national and international.
