Casa 41 is a small boutique hotel located in Escazu, in the province of San Jose. It is located in a residential area, in which is maybe one of the most developed zones of the capital city of Costa Rica. The location of this hotel offers a wide variety of facilities and places you might need during your vacations in the country, such as ATMs, drugstores, restaurants, supermarkets, shops, bars and others.
Escazu also encloses a rich cultural heritage as well as traditions that you will be able to discover on a family trip. Its location allows you to be close to the city, international airport and Central Valley attractions.
Casa 41 has an eclectic design and a private – cozy ambiance. It offers a gastronomic experience at their restaurant and bar lounge, open resting areas, gardens and a meeting room. It also has five rooms with a unique decoration, each one equipped with King size bed, air conditioning, TV, minibar and other different Costa Rican amenities.
Some of the guestrooms offer external private garden and outdoor daybed, one of the units has an internal garden, and there is one of the rooms with two Queen size beds and a great terrace, as it is located on a second floor.
This property is more exclusive and recommended for couples or solo travellers; however, it could be a good option for your family holiday if you want privacy, luxury and comfort.
From the hotel, you can visit some of the astonishing museums in the capital (Gold, Jade, and National), volcanoes such as Irazu or Poas, coffee plantations where you will learn more about the production of this grain, agricultural and cattle farms, rivers – if you enjoy adrenaline – as the Pacuare, known as one of the best spots to practice rafting and to be included in an adventure package.
Casa 41 is a recommended place to stay the first night you arrive in Costa Rica, especially if you are visiting the South Pacific, Tortuguero or before leaving the country, after having enjoyed an incredible vacation package.
