All 24 accommodations reside on a path that meanders through a tropical garden overflowing with native vegetation. The Harmony offers a relaxed, eco-friendly restaurant, bar, and juice bar. Taking its cue from a harmonious way of living, the kitchen primarily cooks up local and organic seafood, fruits, and vegetables as well as a selection of chicken dishes. One of the first steps towards building a sustainable restaurant at Harmony was the creation of an onsite huerta (garden), which produces a number of fruits, vegetables and herbs that the Chef incorporates into the menu. Nestled among palms and hammocks, the juice bar is a casual eatery that serves up fresh juices and tasty health foods such as fruit smoothies, vegetable juice elixirs, organic salads, sandwiches, raw food creations, and nutritious desserts.
