Corcovado Wilderness Lodge by SCP Hotels

About the hotel

A secluded retreat where biodiversity, purpose, and barefoot luxury meet on Costa Rica’s wild South Pacific coast.

Nestled on 189 acres (76 hectares) of protected rainforest and bordering the iconic Corcovado National Park—home to 2.5% of the world’s biodiversity—this is more than a lodge. It’s a regenerative escape for travelers who care about nature and impact. Wildlife is part of daily life here—scarlet macaws, monkeys, tapirs, and even elusive pumas.

Sustainability is at the heart of every detail; built with local wood, powered by 100% renewable energy (solar and hydro), and shaded by trees over 500 years old. Corcovado Wilderness Lodge proudly holds Costa Rica’s highest Sustainable Tourism Certification (CST).

Dining is a journey through tradition: enjoy ancestral flavors and cacao rituals at Terra Kitchen, Bosque Bar, or open-air Los Vitrales.

The lodge offers 30 rooms—20 with lush jungle views, 10 facing the Pacific—for a quiet, intimate stay. Two pools, a fitness center, wellness area, onsite clinic, private trails, and direct access to San Pedrillo Station make it the perfect base to explore the Osa Peninsula.
