Air Canada will fly to Costa Rica this year

Air Canada launched its new low-cost airline called Rouge, which will begin operations in July 2013 and Juan Santamaría and Daniel Oduber airports in Costa Rica are included in their itineraries. As an introduction fee, airfare to Costa Rica will start from $389, this rate could be two to three times cheaper than usual if you compare it with other airlines depending on the travel date.

Air Canada currently operates one nonstop flight to Costa Rica once a week. The rest of the airlines flying to Canada have a scale in the U.S. and none of them is a low-cost airline.
