This is a theatrical dramatization by which the actors describe the production of coffee, tracing a single Arabica Costa Rican coffee bean from the plantation to the first sip of this rich, dark fabulous brew. The tour features: organic coffee plantation, roasting plant, coffee cupping demonstration, multimedia coffee production, barista capuccino preparation exhibition and buffet lunch in Don Prospero restaurant. The tour begins at 11:00 am, daily, all year round.

It is located in the near mountains of the Central Valley, at the foot of Barva Volcano, only 45 minutes from the capital city. It takes approximately two hours to complete the 13-platform ride, connected by ten cables of different length and height. Most of the platforms hang from solid oak trees and are located both sides of a river gorge. This allows astonishing views of the Central Valley, the surrounding mountains and waterfalls of the property. This canopy adventure can also be combined with a two hour horseback ride in the forest.

It is a 475-hectare private reserve, located 50 minutes away from San Jose, on the road to the Atlantic coast. The property shares a 10 km border with Braulio Carrillo National Park and constitutes a buffer zone.
