The country will host this important international activity which will have representatives from some important countries related to the banana international market. The event has the objective to promote research and knowledge in the banana industry, from Costa Rica to the world. The activity will be held in one of the best hotels in San Jose, the Ramada Plaza Herradura.

This new Costa Rica convention is organized by the Corporación Bananera Nacional (CORBANA), a model, important company in this field for the rest of the banana producing countries. The event will take place from next 20 to February 24, and it will have international representatives from 10 countries.

Over 600 people, from different companies related to the banana industry will attend the Costa Rica meeting, which will have different activities planned by the organizers, including more than 25 conferences with renowned local and foreign speakers. Besides, the event will be an important opportunity to exchange knowledge to allow local and international producers updated with global trends in the different drafts of the banana business.

The organization has reserved a limited number of rooms with preferential rates at the hosting hotel of the event, and in some of the best Costa Rica hotels located in the Capital city, which offer important discounts for early booking and facilities for travelers to take advantage of their stay in the country.
