This disease has gone down almost 40% since September, and everything is clear, so, one of the best events in Limon take place.

"The shared responsibility of health institutions and the community will enable people to enjoy Limón, within the limitations of the case in this important celebration of art and Caribbean culture," said Health Minister, Daisy Corrales.

In Limon, the art, the cooking and the local people get together to celebrate a week sharing their unique culture. The week ends with a Carnival where the people dance around with the sound of the drums and the tropical music.

You can tell your Costa Rica travel planner to take you to Limon. You can get there in about 2 and a half hour by driving, or three hours on a bus from San Jose. There, you can find the most beautiful beaches and the most authentic local people you can find in all Costa Rica.

Limon is a land touched by Jamaican and African ancestors, and the people there is especially proud about their history and about their culture. The Costa Rica culture is diverse basically because Limon exists.

The best way you can enjoy your stay at Limon is by going to see Carnival on Saturday, and then enjoy the night life there on one of the cheap hotels in Costa Rica. Then, on Sunday you can drive to one of the beautiful beaches close to downtown, there, you can find plenty of the most fun activities in Costa Rica.
