Mr. Matt Villaro, an expert in nature for DiscoverAmerica.com & Mr. Jack Ezone, national parks expert and president of the luxury travel company Ovation Vacations were those who, with their contribution Costa Rica and Manuel Antonio achieved this important qualification.

Only 12 national parks received this prestigious award, being Manuel Antonio the only one in Central America that has a place in this list. This national park is located in the Central Pacific of Costa Rica; despite it is one of the smallest in the country, it is well known for its beautiful beaches, the variety of flora and fauna that you can admire and the scenic beauty it has. It is well known for all tourism activities the visitors can take and enjoy in the surrounding area.
