This past weekend was the last weekend where the ticos were able to enjoy the Leonardo Da Vinci gallery exposed at the old customs store in San Jose, just like this one there are many of things to do in costa rica every day.

The rooms for this amazing exposure were filled with people since 10 a.m. in the morning and until late at night. "Lines with this amount of people are normal, but not at this time in the morning", said Paula Skipton, executive coordinator of Grande Central America, the company that brought exhibition to the country. "It's common to happen in Costa Rica in such activities. Many people decide to come at the end. "

The Costa Rica population is known for never being on time on any date and this was the case with this exhibition. Skipton said most people were looking to see the fascinating Mona Lisa, basically because is the most famous of the artwork Da Vinci made.

The gallery exposition had more than a 100 works by Da Vinci that included a lot variety from the author. Leonardo was known for being a painter, sculptor, architect, musician, scientist, mathematician, engineer, inventor, anatomist, geologist, cartographer, botanist and writer.

The idea was that the Costa Rican people find an opportunity to see these tremendous works of art; something that’s unknown and basically impossible to see if you don’t travel outside the country.

Leonardo kept his private life secret but he showed his work to be understood and to teach people about the human body and science. "These pieces were made by artisans of Florence who studied and interpreted the original Da Vinci codex to faithfully reproduce natural scale and many of his inventions," said Tania Devoto from the Grande Central America company-
You should ask your costa rica travel agency when things like this one will happen, so you can take sometime off and learn about many great art exhibition that comes to Costa Rica.
