church in escazuTo welcome the New Year festivities, there will be many different activities in Costa Rica for visitors, but one event promises to be especially attractive in the west zone of the Capital city. The activity will bewitch visitors through art, food, music, dance and local traditions, during the first four days of December.

The holiday season always has many options for people who look for fun, and different activities to forget the daily routine. That is why visitors can find a lot of attractions in Costa Rica anywhere. Escazú, west San José, is not the exception, and next December the town will be full of color and delicious food because of the opening of the Fair “Embrujarte” (to bewitch you).

Escazú is home of traditions, witches and ancient legends which have been passed through generations. But this town also has experienced a great commercial growth, and it offers a variety of products, services and activities for all tastes. In fact, thousands of local and foreign tourists take advantage of the travel deals to Costa Rica to go Escazú, especially at night where they can find comfortable restaurants and fun centers to eat or drink and to listening good music.

Back to the Fair, 125 national and international artists will offer their creative works to visitors and will try to bewitch them through paints, sculptures and handicrafts, photographs, crafts, jewelry, and many other works. The event will take place in San Rafael of Escazú, next December 1-4, from 10 am to 9 pm. The event will be one of the best options for people who try to find fun things to do in Costa Rica, in Christmas time.

At Escazú, people will find works from well-known artists such as Isidro Con Wong, Lillibeth Martinez, Rocio Escobar, Efrain Mendez, Domingo Ramos, Adrian Gomez, Edgar Zuniga, Alma Fernández, and Fernando Carballo Wien, who is honored this year.
