The construction of new hotels grew 192% from January to October 2011 compared to previous year, according to the College of Engineers and Architects (CFIA).
The executive director of the National Chamber of Tourism (Canatur), Mr. Mauricio Céspedes said the increase in the number of rooms reflects that "Costa Rica is a growing destination, where the major hotel brands are investing. |
